Jamie Charteris
Jamie Hugo Desmond Charteris (born 1958) is cartoonist. His greetings cards are among some of the bestselling lines in Britain. Including the Santa And Co range which satarises the relationship between Father Christmas and Rudolph. His largest line, Bottom Line, is a collection of general humour cards. One of his oldest ranges, Dot, is published under the under the pseudonym Daphne David. Funny Farm is his newest range and is one of the bestselling card ranges on the high street today. Other than illustrating cards he has also illustrated a childrens' book for Walker Books called A Bad Start for Santa .
He is son of Scottish novelist Hugo Charteris. He now lives in North Yorkshire with three children.
