James Trussart Custom Guitars
James Trussart Custom Guitars is a company funded by James Trussart that builds custom guitars and bass guitars. James Trussart began his career as a musician playing with Cajun singer/songwriter Zachary Richard in the 1970s. In 1980 James started building violins and later moved on to guitars and bass guitars. The unusual feature of a Trussart instrument is the use of steel as a primary material. Also the INSTRUMENTS are available in polished fininshes, distressed, rusty and weathered finishes in combination with engraving. The guitars are also made with a number of different options such as different pickups, fretboards, necks, and controls as well as left-handed and baritone versions.
