Jamboree Education Pvt Ltd is a nation-wide Test Preparation and Admissions Counseling company started in Delhi in 1993, with over 40,000 students being trained and placed in Top-Ranking Institutions worldwide. Jamboree currently has centers in Delhi, Bangalore, Gurgaon, Jaipur, Chandigarh, Chennai, Mumbai and Dubai.
Jamboree, which literally means “a meeting place of lively people”, in fact, is the first institution in India to be launched in field of Test Preparation for study abroad.

History
Jamboree Education was founded by Akrita Kalra, in 1993, to elucidate those aspects of College Admissions Process which seemed indistinct and hazy to students and parents. During those days, the only information accessible on education abroad was through family and friends living or studying abroad, and a relatively few of the interested students only had access to this information.
What motivated Akrita to set up Jamboree was this obvious information gap in the process of application to universities abroad. In 1989, Akrita had taken SAT herself and secured admission in Brown University. She realized that students interested in a foreign education weren’t amply prepared for the relevant tests, and most of them found the application process difficult.
With the intention of helping students realize their dreams of higher education abroad, Akrita started Jamboree in a garage in Vasant Vihar. Her exceptional teaching and counseling skills drew students to her and very soon she had set up three more centers in New Delhi. She has passed on this training and competence to a team of highly dedicated and qualified teachers who form the core of Jamboree today.
