Jack C.Mancino

Jack C. Mancino, born in Hungary (1968-) currently living in England is a contemporary hungarian abstract (see Abstract Expressionism) expressionist art painter, graphic artist, photographer.

Biography

Born in Hungary in 1968. He grew up in the river side industrial town as an only child of father Gyula Balogh, and mother Eszter Molnar. He`s been studying art in Leninvaros.(now Tiszaújváros) He was 13-years-old when the family moved to Halle Neustadt Germany and not long after back to Hungary to the city of Százhalombatta. When he finished the machinery industry school in 1986 he moved back to Germany. He`s been working at the North Sea side nuclear power plant close to Peenemünde. In 1987 he emigrated to Toronto Canada. Shortly after he had to move back to Hungary because of the force of family circumstance. He married in 1990. With wifeNora Nagy also art painter has been living in Hungary until the year of 2000.Since then he`s been living in Canada and currently in England.

Art analysis and influences

His work in abstract expressionism is based on artworks of earlier appeared great abstract expressionists. On the earlier stage he was working on classical landscape and still life compositions but at his later stage he made study on abstract art painter Vasily Kandinsky, Mark Rothko and Jackson Pollock.The move to a different direction helped him establishing his own artistic style in the same art system. Since then he`s continuously following the same artistic rules in his works as appeared in the New York School abstract expressionism tendency in the middle of 20th century in 1950. The technical elements of his art are showing the balanced application of either precise or raw objects relations. The communicative compositions are systemically related with impulsive color surroundings. The artistic application of his works are characterized by strong vibrant colors.
