ITC Investment & Technology Group
ITC Investment & Technology Group is a Business-to-government (B2G) company registered in the UK and Iraq under the Iraqi Companies Regulation Act. Its activities are focused in the telecommunications sector, providing services for the Iraqi ministries of Communication, Housing & Trade. The group of companies were established after the 2003 US-led invasion of Iraq by Iraqi national businessmen, to assist the newly formed government in the reconstruction project.
The Investment & Technology Group based in Baghdad mainly has been noted for its Trade and Telecommunication services. Project partners: Tyco International Ltd, Tycom, Raychem, Tellabs Inc, IPX Voice, OASYS, Nortel Networks, Harris, Motorola, Lucent and other leading innovators.

ITC Electrical suppliers of electrical equipment and communication components, (TPE) Technical Protection Engineering division specializes in the design and installation of high fire alarm, security systems, access and control systems.
ITC Trade suppliers of rice, wheat, sugar, and other food-stuff and food brands.
ITC Telecom is currently involved in the fibre optic FOG2 (Fibre Optic Gulf 2ND GEN) between the Iraqi Post (ITPC) and other telecommunication companies, In addition to providing for the first time WiMAX (Worldwide Interoperability for Microwave Access) platform.
ITC Construction has been involved with the United Nations in constructing buildings, The Iraqi National Communication & Media Centre building and other Governmental buildings. The group is currently involved in Al Diwaniyah civil projects.
ITC Petroleum is working together with the Ministry of Oil in building Oil refinery process plants.
