Isabella Wall
Isabella Wall - born, Isabel Martinez in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic is an actress, author, model and broadcaster. In 2001, she revived the Hispanic tradition of the Quinceañera, when Latinas celebrate their fifteen birthday and transition from little girl to young adult.
Isabella began her career modeling and acting at the age of 12. As a fashion model and as former Miss Dominican Republic, Isabella has represented her native country in numerous International beauty, fashion and business events, such as, INTERNATIONAL WOMEN SOCIETY at the UNITED NATIONS and the INTERNATIONAL IMMIGRANTS FOUNDATION in NYC. Isabella is the Creator/Executive Producer of the INTERNATIONAL WOMEN EMBASSADRESS Pageant, a parade of National dresses from around the world held at the UNITED NATIONS.
In 1992, she was voted one of REVLON'S UNFORGETTABLE WOMEN. Since then Isabella has appeared in many television commercials and magazines, has been a television talk show host and her most recent acting credits include ER, Nip/Tuck and Days of our Lives.
Isabella is the of the Quinceañera and Be15.com brand, an online one stop shop and resource for Quinceañeras, Sweet Sixteen celebrants as well as the whole family.
Based out of Los Angeles, California, Isabella is the only nationally recognized Quinceañera expert. Dubbed “The Fairy Godmother of Quinceañeras” by the Latin media. She has advised, MTV, HERST CORPORATION, Sundance Festival winning movie, "Quinceañera".
Isabella advised Walt Disney World’s “Quinceañera, a dream come true” the first ever all Spanish event held by Disney, honoring 15 Quinceañeras from across the United States and Puerto Rico1.
Isabella is the International Representative of Tourism for the Dominican Republic. She seeks and implements opportunities to promote the DR on the west coast of the USA.
In 2006, along with her husband, Award Winning Creative Director and Executive Producer, Marty Wall, Isabella co-authored “Chasing Rubi”The truth about Porfirio Rubirosa, the prolific Dominican Playboy-diplomat.
Additionally the acclaimed biography has been translated and published in Spanish (PERSIGUIENDO A RUBIROSA), as well as published as a special collectors edition of the SANTO DOMINGO TIMES magazine.
The couple are also founders of Someone Cares International, a not for profit organization benefiting needy children in the Dominican Republic. MISSION LAUGHS comedy shows supporting and entertaining the homeless from, UNION RESCUE MISSION, LOS ANGELES MISSION and SAN FERNANDO VALLEY RESCUE MISSION.
