International Science and Technology University (ISTU) is a private multinational higher education institution founded on 31 May 2023. The university operates through a network of legal entities registered across multiple countries, including Poland, Türkiye, Liberia, and Azerbaijan.

History and structure

The university's organizational structure is based on multiple registrations in different countries. The corporate ownership resides with International Science and Technology University E.A.Ş., registered in Ankara, Türkiye. This Turkish entity owns International Science and Technology University SP. Z O. O., which is registered in Warsaw, Poland. The university also maintains a physical hybrid education campus under the entity International Science and Technology University, Inc., in Monrovia, Liberia, and an authorized physical representative office in Baku, Azerbaijan.

Academics

ISTU offers undergraduate, master's, and doctoral programs across various academic units.

Faculties and Departments: The university initiated its educational activities with 21 departments across four faculties:

  • Faculty of Engineering
  • Faculty of Health Sciences
  • Faculty of Management Sciences
  • Faculty of Law

Graduate Education: Graduate programs are administered through the Institute of Graduate Education, which offers 15 master's and 11 doctoral programs.
