InSitum

In/Situm is a usability research and innovation firm, with offices in Brazil, Mexico and the USA. In/Situm has extensive experience in ethnographic research and a particular interest in the state of user experience design in Latin America. In/Situm is most famous for developing products for the Kellogg Company, PepsiCo and Cadbury Schweppes.

In/Situm was formed by Luis Arnal, who is a Professor at the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey, and Jose Tapia.

In/Situm has undertaken thousands of projects for a number of multinational corporations in the a large number of clients in the consumer, telecommunication, medical, handicraft, office and automotive industries.

The firm has approximately 35 employees from a variety of disciplines concerned with usability: Advertising, Anthropology, Architecture, Art history, Business strategy, Creativity, Design, International relations, Engineering, Management, Marketing, Pedagogy, Performance studies, Psychology, Political science, Social comunications, Sociology, Usability.
