Innovative Financial Advisors Pvt. Ltd. is an Indian research based organization started in 2008 with the head office in New Delhi. It is a multidisciplinary research consultancy that operates in the domain of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Sustainability studies.

History

Fiinovation works towards providing solutions to various civil society organizations (CSO) and corporations across India through practices that are designed to enhance quality across organizational value chains through innovation.The company is focused towards enhancing quality across organizational value chain through meaningful innovation thereby ensuring sustainability. Over the last five years, the organization has created a niche for itself through its extensive work in the corporate social responsibility arena.

Management structure

Fiinovation laid its foundation with 4 employees in the year 2008 and since then has achieved phenomenal growth with over a hundred employees in 2013 and presence across India in terms of its services. The organization primarily through six different practice namely: CSR-CSO partnership, programme design, programme management, impact assessment, and sustainability assessment and reporting.

Mr. S. Chakraborty is the Chief Executive of the organization, who is a seasoned player from the service and the entrepreneurial sector. An ex aviator by profession and qualification and a financial advisor to various institutions. He ventured in the development sector keeping in mind the changes that he wanted to bring AbOUT in the social sector, facilitating a shift from the typical charity mode to a more entrepreneurial and accountable mode of social enterprise development, which started after his post tsunami engagement and the realization of the need of the model in India. He is one of the directors in the board of Innovative Financial Advisors Pvt. Ltd. and Heads the operations of the organization, which primarily ventures into the development of the social enterprise model and bringing about substantive directional changes in the social sector. Also has been the key visionary in the engagement of the organization in South Asian and African countries addressing the same issues.

• The Socrates Award' by EBA in Town Hall, Oxford, U.K.
