History

The Inner Light Agency started in 2000 in Des Moines, Iowa and is now based in Los Angeles. It was founded by Damon Moreno and Bruce Swink, who manage several artists that include Destrophy (Victory Records), The Chicharones (Camobear Records), XP (xperience) (Touring with Macklemore & Ryan Lewis And Co-songwriter), Sleep (rapper) (Strange Famous Records), and other artists worldwide.

The Inner Light Agency or iLA, is a band management, artists development, and talent manager firm ran by founders Moreno and Swink (Former Roadrunner Records artist ) who are backed by an in-house team of educated and well connected artist agents and industry insiders. The roster of iLA artists have enjoyed many professional advancements including indie & Major label record deals, Licensing in film, TV & video game campaigns, Billboard chart placement, Grammy considerations, Endorsements, Sponsorships, National & International tours, Festivals including CMJ, SXSW, Vans Warped tour, Knotfest, Sonshine Festival, Summer Slaughter, Rock In Rio, and Rock on the Range just to name a few.
