Imtiaz Development

Imtiaz Developments (Arabic: امتياز للتطوير العقاري) is an international real estate development company headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The company specializes in real estate development, acquisitions, construction, and strategic investments. It is known for its luxury residential and mixed-use projects in Dubai. The company was founded in 1993, and its founder and current owner, Masihallah Imtiaz, serves as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).

History

Imtiaz Group was originally established as a contracting company in 1993. In 2014, the group expanded into luxury residential development by founding Imtiaz Developments in Dubai.

Notable Projects

The company launched its first project, Palace Estates Townhouses, in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) in 2015, which was completed and delivered in 2017. This was followed by the Westwood project in Al Furjan, launched in 2022. Other notable projects include The Symphony, the Sunset by series, Cove Editions, Westwood Grand, Cove Grand, Cove Boulevard, Winwood Horizon, and others.

Imtiaz Developments also unveiled The Symphony project, valued at AED 1 billion, in Meydan, in collaboration with Zaha Hadid Architects. Currently, the company owns more than 40 projects in Dubai with a total value exceeding AED 10 billion, encompassing luxury residential architecture and fully integrated communities across various prime locations in the city. Additionally, the company has 18 projects under construction on the Dubai Islands.

  • Best Real Estate Developer Award 2024
  • “Waqf Al-Ab”  (Father's Endowment) Initiative: Contributed AED 50 million to establish a charitable building at Dubai Academic City, supporting Mohammed bin Rashid Global Initiatives.
  • Environmental Initiative: In collaboration with Emirates Environmental Group, the company launched a project to plant 2,000 trees for every residential unit developed, aiming to reduce its carbon footprint.
  • In 2023, the company was ranked among the Top 25 Real Estate Developers in the Middle East.
