Imimmaan Haadhaa, is a social reality based long story Afaan Oromoo novel. The novel is written by Tolera Fikru Gemta, who is a renowned Author and journalist in Oromia. The novel is one of the best modern Oromo literature in Afaan Oromoo which serve as chief supporting material in almost all universities for Oromo literature and language study. The novel is reprinted for couples of times (2007, 2010, 2014) and able to win the attention of larger Oromo readers.

Imimmaan Haadhaa (meaning Monther's Tear) is based on a mother who committed her beloved children for tortuous struggle of Oromo nation for freedom, justice and equality. The novel by large narrates the historical development of Oromo nationalism, culture and values. Educated at Addis Ababa University Department Of Political Science and International Relations, Tolera also authored the second best Afaan Oromoo novel called Raayyaa Dhugaa (2013) (meaning The Custodian of Truth)that narrates the distinguished commitment of Oromo nation men in the mission to build self determined, free nation.
