IFM Business School
IFM Business School, formerly named Institut de Finance et Management, is a private business school located in Geneva, Switzerland, established in 1971. It has concentrations in international business, management, finance, marketing, luxury, and entrepreneurship.
Academic programs
IFM Business School offers business education programs taught in English or bilingual in English and French.
IFM offers undergraduate and graduate programs such as bachelor's degrees, master's degrees, and MBAs in several disciplines, including Business Administration, Management, Finance, International Business, Marketing, International Finance, Luxury Management, and Entrepreneurship & Innovation.
Accreditation and certification
The school has private programmatic accreditations from agencies in the United States: the International Accreditation Council for Business Education (IACBE) and the Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP).
IFM course programs have a certificate from the Swiss Quality label for further education institutions (eduQua), which is a quality labeling program run by a non-profit organization.
In 2022, Swissinfo and Radio Télévision Suisse (RTS) included IFM in a list of private academic institutions in Geneva that have high costs per semester and do not have educational accreditation from the Swiss Accreditation Council. RTS said the schools in the list offered "expensive courses not recognized by Swiss academic authorities."
