Idesign is an industrial design consultant situated in Stockholm, Sweden.

Idesign helps both established and upcoming European companies to make their products more attractive and competitive on the market.

Idesign works in a broad field by designing outdoor products, transportation design, furniture and professional products. They are focusing to design both aesthetic and functional aspects to meet user’s physical and emotional needs.

Among Idesign clients you can find Alstom Transport, Siemens, Kinnarps and Interspiro.

Since its collaboration with Idesign, Kinnarps Sweden has become the biggest supplier of office chairs in Europe.

In collaboration with Idesign, Alstom has created business for over 10 Billjon SKR.

Team

Johan Larvall

Johan founded Idesign 1997. Johan has a solid experience of the profession and has among many things also worked as a program director at the Umeå Institute of Design, one of the world leading design schools.

Nils Löventorn

Nils is a Industrial Designer with a degree from both Konstfack University College of Arts, Crafts and Design in Stockholm and University of Jönköping as a Mechanical Engineer where he studied ergonomics during one semester at University of Michigan. He has worked at Idesign since 2008.

Jens Nybacka

Jens has a background as both Industrial Designer and Graphic Designer. He graduated form Konstfack in 2007 and has previous to that worked worked with web and graphic design since 1995.
