ICT, Inc. was founded in 1970 and is located in Shelby, Michigan U.S.A. The company manufactures a variety of synthetic and simulated gemstones and crystals. Products include yttrium aluminium garnet, photovoltaic cells (solar cells), and gemstone furnaces. The company also makes recrystallized ruby using Burmese NATURAL ruby as feed material.

Besides making gemstones and laser crystals, the company also makes economic silicon solar cells via the CFFG process.
