Ice Cold Gold

Ice Cold Gold is a television series airing on Animal Planet. The show follows eight gold miners prospecting and digging in Greenland for two months. The Hollywood Reporter wrote that, "Ice Cold Gold ... marks the first TV production of this caliber to be shot in Greenland."

Season 2 was shot on location during the summer of 2013. There are a couple of new faces and a heap of new challenges in the glacial expanses of Greenland. Season 2 was eight episodes long (up from 6 in the first season) and aired on Animal Planet in the Spring of 2014. Wilderness guide Jack Duggins did not return for this season.
