I Megaliteres Epitihies + Kai Se Thelo
I Megaliteres Epitihies + Kai Se Thelo (Greek: Οι Μεγαλύτερες Επιτυχίες + Και Σε Θέλω; English: The Greatest Hits + And I Want You) is the third greatest hits album, seventh compilation album, and 18th album overall by popular Greek pop rock singer Sakis Rouvas, released in October 2008 in Greece and Cyprus by Minos EMI.
Album information
The album was released in honor of Rouvas' collaboration with Minos EMI, celebrating ten years since his first album with the label, Kati Apo Mena. It features some of his biggest hit singles from the past decade. The choices of songs for the album, however, are not solely based around his most successful works, as the majority of the songs are from more recent album, mainly from 2002's Ola Kala and beyond. The album centers moreso around Rouvas' most popular pop and dance songs, and includes only a couple of ballads, namely "Den Ehi Sidera I Kardia Sou" and "Tha Me Thymitheis". Some of his most popular songs, "Theleis I Den Theleis", "Ipirhes Panda", "Andexa", "Se Thelo San Trelos" and "Kanoume Onira" have been left out of the tracklist, being older hits, while the album 21os Akatallilos was completely ignored, possibly because it was a more rock-oriented album. The album was released on CD, while also being released primarily as a digital download.

Singles
"+ Se Thelo"
The first and only single from the album was "+ Se Thelo", which Rouvas premiered for the first time on June 17, 2008 at the MAD Video Music Awards 2008. The song was subsequently released to the Greek iTunes store in July where it peaked at number 1 for three weeks while also peaking at number 1 on the Greek Airplay Chart for ten weeks, becoming the most successful song of the year. Although the song is considered to be the first single from Rouvas twelfth album Irthes, it was included in this album as a previously unreleased track for promotion.
