Huntin' Fool Magazine

Huntin Fool Magazine is a monthly guide to western big game hunting and is geared to multi-state hunters. Huntin’ Fool is a resource for non-resident hunters, as well as hunters looking for trophy quality animals. The publication focuses on big game hunting in Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Kansas, Montana, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah, Washington and Wyoming.

Huntin’ Fool features information big game hunters use to fill out applications and choose units that exactly fit their hunting style and goals. Featured information provided by Huntin’ Fool include kill statistics, hunt deadlines, hunt dates, number of preference points needed to draw, kill success for the past one to five years, odds of drawing for the past five years, size of animals taken unit by unit and comments about each unit.

The January through June issues of Huntin’ Fool are dedicated to in-depth analysis of each western state’s big game hunting opportunities, with draw odds, historical harvest data, updates on trophy units and picks for the top units in each state for each big game species. These issues also have extensive coverage on the application process and any changes for each state.

Each month, issues include outfitted hunt opportunities and member stories, while selected months feature state-by-state topics:
