Zombie Romance in Other Media
Zombie Romance is a relatively new phenomenon in the zombie zeitgeist. Though romance between humans has long been seen in zombie films (such as the romance between Shaun and Liz in Shaun of the Dead), romances between zombies or between zombies and humans have been relatively rare. However, the upcoming film Breathers: A Zombie’s Lament (written by Diablo Cody) will feature life and love through the eyes of a zombie protagonist. The teen novel Generation Dead by Daniel Waters also features love between zombie and human characters.
