Humphrey & Renshaw
British comedy duo made up of Ben Humphrey & Simon Renshaw. The duo are often accompanied by a support cast made up of singers, actors & dancers.
They are best known for their live shows and varying styles of comedy that include parody, farce, physical comedy, MusicAL comedy, absurdist comedy and satire.
Biography
Ben Humphrey & Simon Renshaw attended 'Sunnyside Primary School' in Worcester, UK until they were 9 years old. They then moved to King's Worcester, the school attended by Rik Mayall, Chris Tarrant & Zac Purchase. Both Humphrey and Renshaw were Cathedral choristers under Dr. Donald Hunt and his predecessor Adrian Lucas and remained at King's Worcester for 6th Form. Humphrey then went on to train as an actor at the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School and Renshaw went to read 'Film Studies' at Southampton Solent University. They first began writing and performing comedy whilst still at King's and continue to work together today along with fellow school friend Abigail Williams.
