Overview
HTH Communications was founded in 2008 by the American businessman Henry Hung Do. In 2017, HTH Communications acquired NewPhone Wireless, followed by Cintex Wireless in 2019, AirVoice Wireless in 2022 and later TAG Mobile in 2023. The company also established Softel Solutions, a telecommunication software subsidiary of HTH Communications, in 2021.
Through its primary operations and subsidiaries, HTH Communications distributes used and new mobile equipment and provides device fulfillment, procurement of parts, handset refurbishing, reverse logistic services, customized communication software solutions, and 3PL/4PL logistics services worldwide.
