Hot Sue

Hot Sue is a Seattle based rock band that was started January of 2007.

Their style of music is rock with a garage punk rock influence. On drums is Darby Cole, formerly of F'd, Get it Gurl, and Crazymaker. His drumming style is based on a basic 4-piece drumkit. However, listening to it, you might think he was using a much larger "Neil Peart" size set up. He insists on using three crash cymbals and one ride, rather than the standard two crashes and one ride set up. His explanation for using three crashes is that he needs one additional crash placed toward his far right side for use following a drum fill. In addition to using a combination of both Sabian and Zildjian cymbals, he is currently using a dw (drum workshop) foot pedal. On guitar for the band is Phillip Puzio, formerly of The Porcelain Gods, Crazymaker, The L.A. Mudd Sharxx, and 3 Inch Max. Phillip plays a Fender Telecaster

Hot Sue released its first new song called "Anchor" on myspace.com in November of 2007.
