Highlander Productions
Highlander Productions () is an independent Israeli animation development and production studio, for TV, web and new media. Since its establishment, Highlander has succeeded in providing a diverse set of clients with their distinct style and equal focus on both content development and production. Their most notable clients include among others: Incredimail, Hop, Baby Channel, Fox Kids, Avenue Q, and Shlomo Artzi.
On March 26, 2008 a press release issued by Highlander Productions appeared on some of the largest blogs and news sites in the animation industry. In it they are officially calling out independent animators and writers to send them their discontinued pilots for review. What makes this even more appealing is the fact they claim to be working on a direct distribution channel that will be under their own control.
In September 2009 Highlander Productions released its first creator owned show - Bana Panic!. The show centers around the lives of the Bana citizens as they try to go AbOUT their business while avoiding destruction from huge monsters going about THEIR business.
Highlander Productions is constantly working on developing new material and being at the forefront of pop culture.
