Helikon-Tex Clothing

Helikon-Tex is a Polish manufacturer of tactical and outdoor clothing and equipment. Founded in 1983, the brand is owned by the Wrocław-based company Entire M.

History

Initially, Helikon-Tex traded in military surplus before moving into its own production lines in the late 1990s. In 2013, the brand added garments using Hyde Definition’s PenCott camouflage patterns (including GreenZone and BadLands). Since 2017, Helikon-Tex has operated an international direct-to-consumer e-commerce site.

Since 2017, the brand has operated its own direct-to-consumer e-commerce platform. Helikon-Tex regularly exhibits at industry trade shows such as MSPO in Kielce (Poland) and Enforce Tac in Nuremberg (Germany).

In 2025, the business press reported on Helikon-Tex developing uniforms with IRR (infra-red remission) coatings intended to reduce soldiers’ signatures in IR/thermal observation.

Operations and markets

Helikon-Tex operates as a brand within the Entire M group headquartered in Wrocław, Poland; in 2025 the company opened a new headquarters at the WUWA Point building. The brand presents products at European defence and security trade fairs, including the International Defence Industry Exhibition (MSPO) in Kielce and Enforce Tac in Nuremberg, as reported by specialist media.

Research and development

In a 2025 interview with Dziennik Gazeta Prawna, Entire M’s CEO stated that Helikon-Tex was preparing uniforms with IRR (infra-red remission) coatings intended to reduce infrared and thermal signatures. The remarks were made in the broader context of the Ministry of National Defence’s Operation Szpej programme to modernise soldiers’ individual equipment.
