Haypp.com is an international e-commerce platform specialising in the sale of tobacco-free nicotine pouches and other smokeless nicotine products. Operated by Haypp Group AB, the website serves customers in the United Kingdom, Germany, Austria, and Sweden.

History

Haypp.com was launched as part of the international expansion of Haypp Group AB, a Swedish e-commerce company founded in 2009 by Henrik Nordström and Linus Liljegren under the name ''Snusbolaget''. Originally focused on Swedish snus, the company expanded into tobacco-free nicotine pouches and international markets during the 2010s.

The Haypp.com domain was introduced in the United Kingdom in 2019. The platform subsequently expanded into Germany operating with region-specific catalogues adapted to local regulatory frameworks.

In 2024, Haypp.com launched the Haypp Scholarship, awarding £2,000 twice annually to university students in the United Kingdom. The programme supports essays on topics such as e-commerce, public health, harm reduction, and consumer regulation.

Operations

Haypp.com operates a direct-to-consumer online retail model and maintains fulfilment centres in Haninge, Sweden, and Milton Keynes, United Kingdom. The platform provides country-specific storefronts tailored to regulatory requirements and consumer preferences in Germany, Sweden, and the United Kingdom.

The platform also publishes informational material on vape recycling, battery handling, and compliance with Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) regulations through its editorial content platform, Nicopedia, which provides product information, usage guides, regulatory updates, and research summaries intended for adult consumers.

Products

The website primarily sells tobacco-free oral nicotine products, including nicotine pouches available in various flavours, strengths, and formats such as slim and mini. In certain markets, it also offers vapes, vape accessories, and nicotine-free alternatives, subject to local regulatory restrictions. The platform does not sell traditional tobacco snus, including in jurisdictions where its sale is legal.

Product listings are reviewed through “Nicoleaks,” a quality assurance and testing programme developed by Haypp Group AB. As part of this programme, Eurofins conducts independent laboratory testing. The testing includes verification of nicotine strength, capped at 20 mg per pouch, as well as analysis of pH levels and screening for contaminants, including heavy metals and nitrosamines. Products that do not meet the stated standards may be removed from sale.

The company states that its sustainability initiatives align with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, including Goal 3 (Good Health and Well-being) and Goal 12 (Responsible Consumption and Production). In the United Kingdom, Haypp.com operates a vape take-back scheme in partnership with Biffa to facilitate the recycling of used vape devices, which are processed at Approved Authorised Treatment Facilities (AATF).
