Hassan Mahmoodi

Hassan Mahmoodi, an Iranian writer, journalist and literary critic, was born in Najaf, Abad in 1970. He graduated from Cinema and Theatre university with a director degree in cinema. He works in the realm of literature and art in some newspapers such as: Iranian, Manateghe Azad, Hamshahri, Shargh, Roozegar, Etemad. Also he has been theatre editor in Iran Theatre site from beginning till 2006.

  • Director of the play Wishes Garden written by Mohammad Charmshir in Najaf Abad Play Council.
  • Director of the play The Secret Of Holy Tree written by Davood Kianian in Esfahan and Najaf Abad.
  • Director of the play The Second Black written by Ahmad Bigdeli in Esfahan and Najaf Abad.
  • Editor of Iran Theatre site from beginning till 2006.
  • Theatre editor in newspapers such as Manateghe Azad, Hamshahri, Shargh.
