Harley Lippman

Harley Lippman (born October 28, 1954) is an American entrepreneur, activist and philanthropist. He is best known as the founder and CEO of Genesis10, a leading U.S.-based IT and staffing and consulting company, as well as his philanthropic work and diplomatic activity. Lippman is also a regular commentator focused on U.S. foreign policy.

Biography

Education

Lippman earned his undergraduate degree from SUNY Stony Brook. He later participated in a Fulbright Program, and spent time studying in Poland, before earning his graduate degree in International Affairs from Columbia University.

Business career

Lippman founded Triad Data Inc, which he sold to CDI corporation in 1998.

In 1999, Lippman founded Genesis10, which has since become one of the largest talent, workforce optimization, and technology consulting firms in The U.S. The company serves Fortune 500 clients across various industries, including finance, healthcare, and technology. In 2023 the company was certified as a Disability Owned Business Enterprise.

Under Lippman's leadership, Genesis10 has been consistently recognized for its innovative approaches to talent management and its commitment to Diversity and inclusion, including being named as one of the companies with best work life balance and one of the best places to work.

Activism and philanthropy

Supporting humanitarian and educational causes

Lippman's philanthropic efforts extend beyond Jewish causes. He has funded scholarships and provided support for underprivileged students in Florida and elsewhere, supported disaster relief efforts, aided U.S. military veterans and contributed to organizations that promote interfaith dialogue and understanding.

For over 17 years Lippman has been the sole financial supporter of a Cambodian orphanage, and has aided tens of its children to attend and graduate college.

Supporting Israel and Jewish causes

Lippman is an outspoken advocate for strengthening U.S.-Israel relations. He has spoken and written extensively on the importance of expanding the Abraham Accords to foster peace and economic collaboration in the Middle East.

Since 2009 Lippman has actively supported research and preservation efforts in Poland, focusing on mass shootings of Jews during the Holocaust and the commemoration of those murdered by gunshots in unmarked mass graves.

In 2011 Lippman was the executive producer of Safeguarding Memory: Commemorating Jewish Mass Graves in Poland, a social documentary aired on PBS.

In 1997, as part of an Anti-Defamation League mission, Lippman met with Pope John Paul II.

Lippman is a frequent commentator on U.S. foreign policy, technology trends, and economic issues. He has appeared on media outlets such as Fox News, i24 News, Al Jazeera and The Hill, among others. He is a regular Contributor to the Jerusalem Post and Times of Israel.
