Hard Music and Sounds United

Hard Music and Sounds United (H.M.S.U.) is an open drum and bass movement, that was originally started in Bulgaria back in 1999 by artists Targy & acditrip with organization's goals being popularizing the drum and bass culture, while expanding the audience of its own events.

Since the dawn of this relatively new MusicAL scene, H.M.S.U. stands behind the most impressive and widely acclaimed events in the region. In the last few years, the organization also works actively towards building a good relationship between all Balkan drum and bass movements. This move has lead to a definite result - H.M.S.U. artists are now welcome guests in all East-European countries. On the other hand, events organized by H.M.S.U. draw the attention of a growing audience from all neighboring countries. As a result of the organization's work throughout the years, today, the Bulgarian drum and bass scene is one of the most well developed on the Balkans and H.M.S.U. events attract thousands of people.

H.M.S.U. has a record of over than 100 successful events, hosting some of the most highly appreciated drum and bass talents around the world. The flagship among these all is the Summer Open-Air Drum and Bass Festival, an annual event that draws attention with its forty hour long music experience, featuring wide range of modern electronic styles represented by variety of artists in an open-air setup.

Curious as it may seem, the organization has, for the most time, been a singular and only producer of all their major events. As a Matter of fact in 2007 a total of more than 30 renowned guest artists from Europe and the world visited Bulgaria at the invitation of H.M.S.U
