Haknazar Haljanov

Haknazar Haljanov is a Turkmen entrepreneur, business leader, and youth engagement advocate known for his work promoting entrepreneurship and economic development in Turkmenistan. He serves as a coordinator of the Young Entrepreneurs Center under the Ashgabat City Committee of the Party of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan (TSTP), supporting programs aimed at fostering entrepreneurial skills, professional development, and startup initiatives among young people.

Haljanov is also the director and CEO of Döwletli Nesibe HJ, a company involved in digital technologies and information systems. In October 2024 he presented proposals to strengthen connections between education and industry, emphasizing practical learning and technological skills at the Turkmen State Economics and Management Institute (TSEMI).

Career

Haljanov’s engagement with youth and education includes public speaking and mentoring roles. In July 2025, he addressed students of the Turkmen State Institute of Economics and Management, discussing topics such as information technology, global economic trends, and the role of education in preparing youth for professional and entrepreneurial success. Under his leadership, Döwletli Nesibe HJ has been highlighted for its role in advancing digital infrastructure and technology solutions in Turkmenistan’s industrial and construction sectors, supporting national technological modernization efforts.
