PuppySpot
On October 18, 2016, in his capacity as CEO of the company, Liberman launched PuppySpot, an online service connecting consumers with a screened and vetted network of thousands of responsible breeders nationwide. He said, "At its core, PuppySpot is a service, but it is far more than just a service. It's a community where dogs are celebrated and where trust, confidence and transparency are paramount. Our mission is to make lives better by placing healthy puppies into happy homes, because we know how much joy dogs bring to our own lives."
PuppySpot is headquartered in Los Angeles, California and also has offices in Florida and Utah. The company has a "No Puppy Mill Promise": "PuppySpot has a zero tolerance policy for puppy mills or substandard breeding practices of any kind." PuppySpot is licensed by the USDA and "mandates a comprehensive, proprietary screening process that all breeders must pass." As a result, PuppySpot states that it accepts "fewer than 10% of all potential breeder applicants." PuppySpot then stays in regular contact with its breeders and offers a health guarantee for every puppy it places.
On National Puppy Day on March 23, 2017, PuppySpot CEO Greg Liberman appeared on Fox & Friends with ten puppies. Liberman shared information on how to pick out a puppy and which breeds best suit different people and environments.
Liberman is an advocate on animal welfare issues. He has called on the incoming U.S. Secretary of Agriculture Sonny Perdue to address the "growth of substandard breeding establishments that place profit above the welfare of animals, commonly referred to as puppy mills."
