Greenlaw Grupe

Greenlaw "Fritz" Grupe, Jr. is Chairman and founder of The Grupe Company located in Stockton, California. Mr. Grupe is a graduate of U.C. Berkeley and has served on a number of councils and boards including the Urban Land Institute as a former President, University of the Pacific (United States) as a former regent, and Founding Chair on the University of California, Merced.

As of 2005, Mr. Grupe serves on the Advisory Board of the Center for Real Estate and Urban Economics at U.C. Berkeley, and was appointed by Governor Schwarzenegger to the 26-member California Partnership for the San Joaquin Valley. Fritz is listed as a registered Republican.

Personal

Fritz is an ACTIVE competitor in the equestrian sport of Carriage Driving and can be see in pictures at the World Equestrian Games in Kentucky.

Fritz has been married to his wife Phyllis for over 49 years and together they have four children and 17 grandchildren.
