Great Manhattan Mystery Conclave

The Great Manhattan Mystery Conclave is an annual convention for mystery writers and fans held in Manhattan, Kansas. The Conclave is a Non-profit organization.

Guest speakers in the past include Nancy Pickard, Diane Mott Davidson, Will Thomas, Chris Roerden, Karen Lee Killough, Cait London, Norm Ledgin, L. C. Hayden, Mary Monica Pulver, Harley Jane Kozak, J. A. Konrath, Robert W. Walker, Radine Trees Nehring, Lisa Harkrader, Beth Groundwater, and Warren Bull.

In addition to mystery writers, members of law enforcement are frequently used in discussion panels. Frequent contributors include forensic anthropologist Michael Finnegan (anthropologist), psychologist James Shanteau, Alan Riniker of the Riley County Police Department, recently retired Riley County Attorney William E. Kennedy III and Sedgwick County Chief Public Defender Steve Osburn.

The Guest of Honor for Fall 2009 is Earlene Fowler and the Toastmaster is J. M. Hayes.
