* 1976 - GHECL. established in Taipei, Taiwan
* 1983 - Jacuzzi USA partners with Grand Hall to produce its first private label grill.
* 1996 - Awarded a partnership to manufacture private labels for a major global retailer in the North American market
* 1998 - Received patent approval for its Overfill Prevention Device a safety device for LP gas cylinders.
* 2003 - Listed on Taiwan's OTC Exchange
* 2004 - Received Worthington Industries' Most Involved Partner Award
* 2006 - Introduced the patented Eternal, the hybrid water heater
* 2008 - Eternal named Eco Home Magazine Editor's Choice Award winner, Top 50 Innovative Products by Remodeler Magazine, and #1 Cool Product
* 2015 - Company shut down tankless water heater operations in the US/ terminated eternal brand. www.eternalwaterheater.com website taken down.
