Gold seal recordings
Gold Seal Recordings is a Uk based Indie label that began in late 2005 and has started to make waves with a few of their artists this year (2007). The label is based out of a studio in White City and their slogan is "run by artists for artists". Their first major releases this year included 3Face's Different world which was played on MTV, Trouble TV and across the board on independent television and the highly anticipated mixtape by grime artist NASTY Jack "Pimp on Flows" has just been released.
As well as setting up the label the artists involved decided to create the Gold Seal Project a charity that uses music as a means of rehabilitation.
The label has been featured in several notable Uk editorials and daily newspapers, including Vice (magazine), Metro (newspaper), Rwdmag, DJMag, One week to live, Hip Hop Connection.
The artists currently signed to the record label include:
