Gol Transportes Aéreos Flight 1756

On the 20 December 2003 Gol Transportes Aéreos Flight 1756 was a Boeing 737-700 registration PR-GOO with 6 crew and 143 passengers on baord. Flight 1756 was on a short hall flight from Congonhas-São Paulo Airport to Ministro Victor Konder International Airport, Brazil. The flight departed Congonhas-São Paulo Airport 10:24 less then an hour into flight air traffic control cleared to land on runway 25 at Ministro Victor Konder International Airport. Flight 1756 landed at the airport 11:00 but the aircraft did not stop and overran the end of runway 25 then crashed through a brick wall before coming to rest. All 149 of the passenger and crew got off the aircraft seconds after the accident non were killed or injured the nose gear collapsed and the nose, engines and the right wing of the aircraft was damaged. There was no fire when the aircraft hit the walland no other damaged was done to the aircraft but the Boeing 737-700 was repaired dats after the accident.
