Glenn Walton is a [[United Kingdom|British]] born ex professional football player and now a professional football coach.
Born March 7th, 1983 in [[Hope Hospital]],[[Salford]], [[Manchester]].
Glenn started his career as a young goalkeeper in Ruabon, North wales where he went on to win many awards at youth level, which attracted [[talent scouts]] from around the U.K

He started off as a trialist at wrexham, before being offered a 3 year [[Y.T.S]] at Crewe Alexandra by the late Chris Walters.

He spent 3 years there under the watchful eye of [[Steve Holland (footballer)|Steve Holland]] and the Legendary [[Dario Gradi.]]

He played over 70 academy games including a youth cup semi final against [[Liverpool]] in which he saved two penalties.

He appeared twice in the first team squad before going on loan to conference side
[[Northwich Victoria]] , where he starred in 42 games including the prestigious F.A Cup until the watchful eye of ex Ireland legend [[Jimmy Quinn]]

Glenn finished playing in June 2002 following a [[patella tendon]] injury which set back his promising development in the team.

Later that year, Glenn would take his F.A coaching certificate then his UEFA 'B' license which would land him a dream job working alongside [[Dave Ryan]] at [[Manchester United]] Academy.

Following his employment at Manchester United, Walton ventured overseas to coach in New Jersey and also Los Angeles where he teamed up with ex Manchester United and Real Madrid legend David Beckham at his soccer academy.

Glenn now coaches back on the east coast and resides in New Jersey.
