Giles Marshall
Giles Marshall (born 8 September 1965) is a member of the Conservative Party of the United Kingdom. He was chairman of the Tory Reform Group. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Bristol
He was also a Councillor for one of the wards in the London Borough of Camden.
In 1992 he stood as a candidate in the general election in the now defunct Warley East Constituency and, with a margin of 7794 votes, lost to the Labour Party candidate, receiving 12,097 of the votes.
Current activities
Currently he continues to teach Politics and History at Sutton Grammar School for Boys, where he is head of sixth form, whilst contributing to journalistic pieces and offering his opinion on the Conservative Party when approached. On 14 May 2001 he wrote the cover article for the New Statesman and made a few appearances on the BBC, Sky and Channel 4 news. He is no longer ACTIVE in politics.
