In mathematics, the phrase geometric topology can refer to several things:

• The area of study GeneRally referred to as geometric topology
• A topology, the geometric topology, that one can put on the set of hyperbolic 3-manifolds of finite volume, or alternatively, on Kleinian groups. There is a different but related topology on these spaces called the algebraic topology.
