GeIL
GeIL (Golden Emperor International Ltd.), established in 1993, is an increasingly popular manufacturer of computer memory modules. They are known for their very stable, overclocker friendly and competatively priced RAM.
The majority of their products are supplied fitted with a distinctivly coloured, flat metal heatsink. This is used to help keep the modules cool by absorbing the heat off of the microchips and radiating it into the surrounding air.
History
- 1993 - GeIL established
- 1997 - GeIL began its module design and manufacturing with focus on advancement of IC sorting technology, producing high quality and performance memory module. GeIL soon became one of the most professional memory manufacturers in the world
- 1999 - Innovative design and manufacture memory modules that surpass the current industry standard.
- 2002 - Distribution in over 50 countries worldwide
- 2004 - Establishment of Consumer Electronics Department. ISO9001 Certified.
- 2005 - DAViD was officially launched
- 2006 - EVO II IC Sorter/Tester was launched
GeIL are continuing to expand their base of operations as they grow, they operate on an international scale with branches in Hong Kong, China and the U.S.A as well as their main HQ in Taipei.
