Gabrielle Rozzi

Gabrielle Rozzi is also known as Gabrielle Rozzi-Bennett the star of the acclaimed Saturday morning cartoon, Kidd Video, which ran from 1983-1987. Although this was her first, professional performance, Gabrielle (born Gabriela Rozzi) had the opportunity to be a featured extra at the age of 16 in the movie GREASE and had been modeling and winning numerous beauty pageants and talent shows from the time she was 12 until the day she graduated from Saint Joseph High School(Lakewood, California)in 1980. She had toured with Bob Hope and the USO, competed in the Miss Universe pageant (representing Panama) in 1980, and was first runner up in the Miss Hollywood Talent Search in 1982.

Even after Kidd Video, she went on to do small guest spots on shows like Saved By the Bell, and countless featured appearances on soap operas like Santa Barbara, The Young and the Restless, and Days of Our Lives and also in the movie, Bramm Stoker's Dracula, which starred Gary Oldman and Wynona Ryder. And as for commercials, she appeared in several national spots for Dr. Pepper, Wells Fargo, and even one for the Milk Advisory Board. Gabrielle continued to work in the music industry doing jingles and soundtrack work for Disney, Warner Bros. and was The Famous voice behind the famous C&R Clothiers spot, ("What a Difference A Day Makes").

Gabrielle continued to work through the 90's until she got pregnant with her 3rd child in 1994. She had returned to school in 1989 to get her teaching credentials and by 1996, was a Kindergarten teacher. She married in May of 2003 and from then to the present relocated to the east coast. Her husband,is a member of the Armed Forces. She is still teaching.

I recently saw that she had appeared in a local, community theater performance of "Zombie Prom" in Virginia Beach and after all this time, still looks and sounds great! She has three children, all boys ages, 21, 17 and 14. She currently teaches 3 and 4 year olds.
