Fuller Center for Housing

The Fuller Center for Housing (TFCH) was founded in The Spring of 2005 at Koinonia Farm in rural southwest Georgia. After 29 years of unwavering and tireless service to the poor with Habitat for Humanity, Millard Fuller, founder and president of Habitat, was motivated to expand his vision of eliminating substandard housing worldwide. The inaugural meeting of TFCH at Koinonia, also Habitat's birthplace, established a new mission: "The Fuller Center for Housing, faith driven and Christ centered, promotes collaborative and innovative partnerships with individuals and organizations in an unrelenting quest to provide adequate shelter for all people in need worldwide."

The demand for safe, affordable housing is enormous. The United Nations estimates that over a billion people around the world live in substandard housing. Millard Fuller founded Habitat for Humanity with the simple goal of eliminating poverty housing. That organization has made remarkable ProgresS towards the goal, Providing decent homes for more than a million of the world’s poor. But that success is dwarfed by the work that remains to be done, and through TFCH, Millard Fuller’s remarkable entrepreneurial, fund-raising and motivational skills will continue to serve that vision.

Our goal is to be obedient to God's revelation and the teachings of Jesus Christ as we witness to His love by providing opportunities for families everywhere to have a simple, decent place to live.
