Fugitive Songs

Fugitive Songs is a song cycle by the songwriting team Miller & Tysen.

Background

The song cycle is performed as a semi-MusicAL with six to five characters revealing their stories through the songs. Each song deals with the subject of running away, whether it be physically or mentally, from one's problems. The production's genres include folk, pop and gospel. Fugitive Songs was first performed at the 45th St. Theater in 2008 by a cast of five (three men and two women).
