Fraser Valley Elementary School
Fraser Valley Academy is an independent, non-secular, co-educational academy composed of the Fraser Valley Elementary School and also the Willowbrook Montesorri School. It was founded in 2007 as a brand new facility with the state of the art architecture, situated in Langley, British Columbia.
Fraser Valley Elementary School
Since its opening, the Fraser Valley Elementary School has been following closely the IB Primary Years Programme. Students not only enjoy a very small student to teacher ratio but also gain the ability to think critically and independently.
FVES Philosophy
Fraser Valley Elementary School aim to develop inquiring, knowledgeable and caring young people, who help to create a better and more peaceful world through intercultural understanding and respect. Equipping lifelong learners to thrive in a culturally diverse and interdependent world and to embrace, with passion and confidence, their responsibility to do their best, to support others and to make a difference by serving their communities, both locally and in the world at large.
Willowbrook Montessori School
The Willowbrook Montessori was developed in 2007 due to the growing needs in the booming township of Langley. The preschool sector of the academy follows the teaching of Maria Montesorri. The learning centre consists of preschool, infant and toddler care, full-day montessori care that caters to children from age 1â6 years old.
Facility
The facility was opened to public in 2007.
