Founders Circle is a venture capital firm specializing in founder liquidity. It invests in the people who are building today's top 0.3% performing venture-backed start-ups. With a $195M fund, Founders Circle provides personal capital to founders, long-term employees or early financial backers to help them relieve life’s pressure valve.
Founders Circle works by invitation only of management and their boards for those companies who operate beyond the "40 Rule". The firm structures managed liquidity programs that operate under the company’s complete control and are thoughtfully handled throughout the purchase process.
Founders of the firm consist of three long-standing Silicon Valley investors, entrepreneurs, and executives: Chris Albinson, Mike Jung, and Ken Loveless.
