FOTILE

NINGBO FOTILE Kitchenware Co., Ltd. (referred to as "FOTILE") () was founded in 1996. FOTILE is a Chinese manufacturer of high-end embedded kitchen appliances. In 2014, FOTILE won the "Vanke Group A-class Supplier of the Year" honors. On June 28, 2015, theBrand Insight magazine announced that in Chinese top 500 valuable brands list, FOTILE ranked in the first place with 16.289 billion yuan of brand value.

Company profile

In 2014, FOTILE Group launched an online marketing platform cooperation with the Carpenter Decoration Network(匠牛装修网), where the latter hosts appointments on its booking platform. This platform allows schedules with registered designers and renovation workers (all who went through an inspection program). The platform was a commercial success as it has seen large numbers of bookings and appointments. As of 2015, it has a product range which are 9 years ahead of the market share, and a high-end suction machine market share of over 40%.

Timeline

On January 18, 1996, Fangda, a famous Hong Kong chef founded the company with 20 million yuan, producing 300,000 range hoods. In 2000, the company ventured into manufacturing cooking utensils, with an investment of 30 million yuan which resulted in a production of 300,000 units of cooking utensils.

On July 2006, "World Brand Laboratory" promulgated the "China 500 most valuable brand list" with FOTILE coming in at 32.35 billion yuan brand value. In the same year, Fang too launched the charity activity of "Too Too Seriously Serving City Theme Seminar" with experts invited to address social topics.

In 2010, FOTILE became the first foreign kitchenware brand to enter the Malaysian market. In 2011, the brand was awarded "CCTV Brand of the Year" by CCTV. In 2015, the brand entered the Indonesian market and launched its own online platform, FOTILE Cooking Class App. The brand was a sponsor to the first season of the Chinese variety show, Go Fighting!.

The brand won local corporate awards and awards dedicated to the kitchenware industry whereby from 2007 to 2015, FOTILE won a total of 9 iF awards and 9 reddot awards.
