Florence Bakibinga Sajjabi

Florence Bakibinga Sajjabi is a Ugandan academic, researcher and educational administrator. She is a lecturer in Educational Leadership and Management at the Uganda Management Institute (UMI).

Education and academic career

Bakibinga Sajjabi holds a doctorate in education and has served as a leader at UMI's Department Of Educational Leadership and Management. She has been involved in postgraduate teaching, research supervision and academic mentorship.

She carried out research on educational leadership, institutional governance, organizational climate and teacher job satisfaction. She also studied the relationship between organizational climate and teacher satisfaction in Uganda's Buganda and Busoga regions. She went ahead and examined higher education management, including the development and differentiation of higher education institutes in Uganda.

Bakibinga has served on university committees, governing boards and institutional review bodies. She has been involved in initiatives aimed at strengthening educational leadership, governance and research capacity in higher education institutes.

Professional activities

Bakibinga has participated in regional and international academic collaborations focused on postgraduate education, research supervision and capacity building. Her work supports the development of graduate research and educational leadership practices in East Africa.
