FLILF is a recent modification of the MILF acronym. FLILF was used to describe Laura Bush in 2005 according to urban dictionary's website . The term is currently being used in reference to wives of presidential candidates including Elizabeth Kucinich, wife of Dennis Kucinich, and Jeri Kehn, wife of Fred Thompson. FLILF is also a palindrome.

FLILF was most recently, and prominently, used by Jason Jones during his segment of the Daily Show on 29 Oct 2007.
