Fighting Gravity (performance artists)
Fighting Gravity is a performance art troupe from Blacksburg, Virginia, who utilize black light and phosphorescence to entertain.
They were among the finalists on the fifth season of America's Got Talent. On September 15, 2010, it was revealed that they placed third in the competition.
Current performances
After America's Got Talent finals, Fighting Gravity was asked to perform alongside the other Top 10 acts from the show on a 25 city tour. Afterwards, they agreed to perform for Chabad's Children of Chernobyl Children at Heart Gala Dinner and Celebrity Fantasy Auction on November 22. On New Years Day 2011 just after midnight, Fighting Gravity appeared live with Far East Movement and DEV in Times Square, New York during [...] Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest.
Personal Lives
The members of Fighting Gravity began performing together while members of the Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity at Virginia Tech. They took a semester off of school to perform in AGT.
