Fatima Alimohamed

Fatima Alimohamed is a Kenyan marketing executive and business strategist. She is the founder and chief executive officer of African Brand Warrior, a consultancy focused on brand development, marketing strategy, and consumer engagement across African markets.

Alimohamed has worked in various leadership roles in marketing, brand management, and corporate strategy in East and West Africa, including positions in the edible oil and consumer goods industries.

Fatima Alimohamed was born in Kenya. She later pursued a career in marketing, communications, and business strategy, working with regional and multinational organizations.

Before founding African Brand Warrior, Alimohamed held senior roles in marketing and business development in several companies. She served as General Manager for Wilmar Africa, where she worked in the palm oil and shea industries in West Africa.

Earlier in her career, she worked with Bidco Africa and Bidco Uganda, where she oversaw marketing and sales activities for consumer brands in East Africa.

She also worked with Young & Rubicam, part of the WPP network, where she was involved in marketing and brand management projects.
