Fabrizio Zoffoli
Fabrizio Zoffoli (born 25 october 1987 in Ravenna at Italy) is an italian classical violinist.
Biography
Began to study the violin at age 7 with Piero Raffaelli and first appears on stage at the age of 8. He continues his studies at the Milan Conservatory with Gabriele Baffero.
He has also studied at the Imola Academy with Pavel Berman, Konstantin Bogino and has partecipated to masterclasses of Zakhar Bron, Francesco Manara, Pavel Vernikov and Rodion Shchedrin.
He played with the soprano Wilma Vernocchi, the pianist Stefano Bollani and the violist Danilo Rossi.
He dedicates with attention to contemporary repertoire and he has played the "Menuhin Sonata" by Rodion Shchedrin as first Italian performance and the "Improvvisazione sul corale was mein gott will di J. S. Bach" by Ferdinand Weiss as world premiere.
He currently plays a violin made by Marino Capicchioni , built in Rimini in 1962.
